Saturday night, 6:00pm, chatting with Fred and Ivy about love, future, and departure, I was curious is it just a dream? Admittedly, I losed many things, and bursted out crying in the midnight, there are something valuable I got in Edinburgh. The entire year studying in UK is just like a glimpse of the paradise. Fortunately, I met lots of friends and experienced the most wonderful year here. My Supervisor Markus, Sandra, and Steven, and my beloved classmates, without you, it could be hardly for me to see things in different perspectives and broaden my horizen. You are not only my teachers but also my best friends!
As time passed by, I felt I was quite accustomed to the environment and the people here without any problem. However, when I just started to fall head over heels about the city, there were somethng that forced me to go back home.Fred, don't worry about the accounting exam. You will get through it! Ivy, you are just 24 years old, and you deserve a better man. The time hasn't come yet. I might not be attending the graduation ceremony. This could be the last time that three of us sat together and had a great chat. Who knows?

In his latest film collaboration, Giorgio Armani has brought his signature style to the character of Bruce Wayne in director Christopher Nolan’s much-anticipated action drama The Dark Knight.
For the production, Giorgio Armani worked in partnership with acclaimed costume designer Lindy Hemming, who won an Academy Award for her costume designs for Topsy-Turvy.
Giorgio Armani said, “As a Giorgio Armani Hand Made-to-Measure client, Bruce Wayne is demonstrating his status as a discriminating and sophisticated connoisseur of fine fashion, while also showing he has individual taste. It is also fitting that I should be dressing a superhero this year, as I am pleased to have chaired the New York Metropolitan Museum of Art’s exhibition, Superheroes: Fashion and Fantasy, last May.”
As Batman’s alter ego Bruce Wayne, The Dark Knight star Christian Bale wears Giorgio Armani Hand Made-to-Measure. A still from the film featuring Bruce Wayne in a suit from this collection is the visual for a world-wide Giorgio Armani advertising campaign coinciding with the release of the film. Mr. Wayne’s elegant wardrobe includes single-breasted, three-button suits in a variety of fabrics, single-breasted tuxedos, and black wool coats, each featuring the traditional customized owner’s label—in this case, Giorgio Armani for Bruce Wayne.
Costume designer Lindy Hemming said, “For the character Bruce Wayne, Chris Nolan and I wanted an expensively elegant tailored look, to contrast with his Batman persona. We felt that the Giorgio Armani brand was emblematic of the contemporary classic look that I hoped to create. I think Christian looks edgy and cool, and I feel that their tailoring beautifully realized our vision.”
Giorgio Armani has been on the forefront of creating wardrobes for major motion pictures since he pioneered the movement by dressing Richard Gere in American Gigolo in 1980. Since then, many films have incorporated designs by Armani, including Shaft, Primal Fear, The Untouchables, Gattaca, Stealing Beauty, Double Jeopardy, The Tuxedo, De-Lovely, A Good Year, and Ocean’s Thirteen.
The Dark Knight is a Warner Bros. Pictures presentation, in association with Legendary Pictures, a Syncopy Production, a Christopher Nolan film.
Walking on the George Street, I felt tranquile outside the world and peaceful inside my mind. Few people hanging around on the street. Taking a close look, suddenly, I realised they are party-goers. Spouse, lovers, and friends, you name it. Lying on the steel fence in front of different stores, I took photos of men, women, and scenery. Seagulls seems to be sleepless just like me flying on the cloudy and dark sky without limitation.

To celebrate the 10th Anniversary of royal opening of The British Library at St Pancras, a National Treasure campaign has been launched in conjunction with The Sunday Telegraph.
The campaign aims to find National Treasures in the fields of Public life, Arts, Innovation & Enterprise and Science. Paul Smith has been nominated as a National Treasure in the Innovation and Enterprise category.
The winners from each of these categories will be decided by a summer-long public vote and will be announced at a ceremony at the British Library on Thursday 18 September.

Nobody can completely persuade others to accept his or her idea and therefore, from time to time, you got to get used to the critics from your enemy. Like Carla Bruni-the first lady in France, releasing her third album after marriage, she needs to face the music that her songs migth be tainted by the politial influence, provoke the ire of many of Sarkozy's opponents.
However, her husband's unwavering support, and trusting in her, though only single person, gave her strength to continue. "May be the best album ever made by the wife of a head of state." It is true and I think I will take time to listen to it! Maybe you shouldn't bear in mind about others' opinions, and look for places where you're destined to reach. Never regret and be upset about the public comments coz you're still you.
Everytime, I try to hypnotise myself and convince myself that I am who I am. Everyone coming to this world serve some purposes and has the mission to accomplish. And that's the way I live. I shouldn't abandon myself. If oneday, I've found something or someone that worth fighting for and worth dying for, I would do my best to protect it!
